Ideos Institute is a global leader in Empathic Intelligence, supporting leaders, organizations, and communities in their efforts to navigate complex issues and transform conflict through the power of empathy. We work at the intersection of faith, dialogue, and civic engagement so that the dignity, experiences, and perspectives of all people are included in efforts to solve our greatest challenges.

Listen First Project leads the collaborative movement to heal America. We enhance the impact, visibility and voice of the interpersonal bridge building field by aggregating, aligning, and amplifying the efforts of 350+ #ListenFirst Coalition partners into large scale, collective campaigns and strategies.

The Eisenhower Institute at Gettysburg College connects aspiring young leaders with public policy experts to discover their passion and tackle society’s most challenging issues. We are nonpartisan, inspired by President Eisenhower’s approach of engaging diverse people and ideas to find common ground and take action.




The Democracy Group is a network of podcasts united by the goal to help our listeners understand what’s broken in our democracy, and how people are working together to fix it.

Transform Mid-Atlantic is a non-profit membership association of public, private, 2- and 4-year colleges and universities, including many HBCUs and minority serving institutions. Transform Mid-Atlantic provides leadership to colleges and universities in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Delaware by advocating, supporting, and encouraging institutional participation in academic and co-curricular based public service and civic engagement programs.

2024 Coalition Partners

The HxMid-Atlantic Community is open to educators and administrators who embrace the mission of promoting open inquiry, viewpoint diversity, and constructive disagreement at community colleges and four-year public and private universities in urban, suburban, and rural settings across the Mid-Atlantic through: 1) dialogue workshops and trainings for students, and 2) sharing of lessons among educators and administrators.


ProGrace equips Christians with a non-political way to think, talk, and engage around abortion by following the example of Jesus to value all people equally and lead with grace.

Move for America's mission it to launch a generation of leaders to bridge divides and strengthen civic dialogue. The Move for America Fellowship is an immersive national service year that brings people together across differences to solve local challenges together.


Serving as the hub for the community mediation movement initiated by the 1964 Civil Rights Act, Part X, the National Association for Community Mediation (NAFCM) is here for all those who seek to bend the arc closer to justice, cultivate messy engagement and co-created peace.  


American Public Square brings people together to address contentious issues with civility, facts and multiple perspectives as a means of finding actionable pathways to common ground.

The SNF Agora Institute is an academic center and public forum at Johns Hopkins University that is dedicated to improving and expanding civic engagement and informed, inclusive dialogue as the cornerstone of robust global democracy.
